Booster Club Spring Events

Booster Club T-Shirt Day!
Students are allowed to wear their Booster Club t-shirt, jeans or appropriate length shorts and sneakers to school in lieu of their regular school uniform.  The only t-shirt allowed to be worn on this day is the Booster Club t-shirt.  Students are NOT allowed to wear any other shirt.

Girl’s and Boy’s Softball Registration Page

  • You must register for tryouts (see below)!
  • The following forms must be completed, turned in, and approved prior to your child trying out for the team. Both forms are located under the Athletics tab on the school website.  The forms only need to be turned in once per school year.
    • a) Sports Physical Form
      b) Expectations of Conduct
  • Check back to see if your child has been approved to tryout by clicking on the Approval Link a few days after registering. There will be an x in the Approved column if your child is eligible to tryout.  If you are missing information or have information that is incomplete, you will be able to identify what form(s) is missing or incomplete.
  • Student-athletes should attend all of their designated tryout sessions.
  • Tryouts are closed to parents/guardians.
  • Softball season runs from February to late April/early May.
  • Before any member of the softball team can play in a regular season game, they will need to turn in their athletic fee.  ($100 for 1st sport at SJDR this year, $75 for 2nd sport at SJDR this year, $50 for 3rd sport at SJDR this year, or $25 for 4th sport at SJDR this year.)

During the season, the girls team will primarily practice on Mondays and Fridays, with some Wednesday practices too.
